Graphic and Artwork requirments
We accept a variety of file formats. Example files: jpeg, jpg, gif, png, svg, PDF, doc, and docx files
For best results, we recommend minimum resolution of 300dpi. Higher resolution means a better engraved result.
We provide an online portal for you to upload your digital files, artwork or photos. Upload here
Yes we provide FREE digital artwork proofs with custom orders, they will be emailed to you for approval prior to engraving.
Shipping will be charged at checkout, and is dependent on weight and number of products. We have a flat rate of $12.95 Australia wide and free shipping for orders over $100.
Pick up is available to local customers. Please email us to arrange.
Payment via PayPal or credit card is accepted
Delivery is estimated to be 7-12 days from order. Custom orders may take a few days longer.

All measurements are approximate and we make every effort to represent each product as accurately as possible. Sizing for some designs are due to our machine limitations. Thanks

Returns & Exchanges
If your order has arrived and is damaged, please contact us. Custom engraved items are made to order, with a proof emailed to you for approval. These items cannot be returned.

Yes you can. A gift card is the perfect gift when you’re not quite sure which of our products they will love the most – let them choose and purchase themselves. Virtual gift cards sent direct to your recipient are available here
